What a fun filled fall month! I am really starting to love having a week of no school and fall break! It's a perfect way to dive into the new season and begin it by some good family time. Dollywood doesn't disappoint, so back we went! The sights and screams never get old and it's just a precious place! The kids sure love getting the cabin to stay in and all the fun eating we get to do. Something about being in a car together as a family just sets the tone for how it use to be for so long and so much more often. As kids get older and drive, it becomes less and less. These trips give us that time together!
Uncle Tai turned the big 4-0 and we had a fun family party! Always special and fun to celebrate birthdays together! Noah got some special time with his name sake Mattai getting to fly the simulator. Pictures look so real! Noah also had a fun visit from a Texas buddy driving in from University of Georgia. Nothing makes me happier than these good ol' boys being around. I just love they still keep in touch and see one another!
Halloween was pretty happening with some good participation this year. My favorite has to be my handsome Rip of my own. If you know, you know. We have always loved dressing up and this year was easy and fun! Trick or treating actually happened with Jensie and her friend Zoe. These two were a carload of fun and laughter. I miss trick or treating. Nevertheless it is a fun time for all. I love to see what kind of pumpkin creations they will come up with. Happy Fall!
