Easter Matters

Easter always has a way of reminding me of all that matters. These people in these pictures are my everything!

They truly are my heart and soul, and I love them more than they could really know. Easter reminds me that I am loved more than I could ever really know too. Jesus loves me so much that He died for me & promised me an eternal home with Him if I would just believe in Him. 

  Easter is a sacred time to celebrate His death & resurrection & to be with our family. I certainly love being in a packed church, singing “Because He Lives”, eating with our family & hunting eggs! Easter is also a reminder of that last meal Jesus had with his friends. The magnitude of what it meant when he broke the bread & gave them the cup…& what was to come…

We are living the days of what was & is to come. The times where we have to believe the gospel… Something we can’t see but have faith in. Jesus came, He died, He rose & ascended to Heaven, and He will come back for us! My precious father in law led us in a time of communion & as I looked around at my family members breaking bread together, I thought how Jesus knew He would see his disciples in Heaven again when He broke bread with them. I felt so happy to know we will all be together in Heaven too. Easter matters. It’s truly why we can live & face tomorrow.

God is So Good… He’s So Good To Me… Do you know how I know that? Because He gave me My Beautiful & Loving Mama! Hip, Hip Hooray! Today is Mama's Bday! Lunch & pampering sound like a great way to celebrate to be with my Sissy and Mama!
