Am I really saying this? Happy 16th Birthday to our third….Gunner!!!!

  It’s been a fun weekend that started off with a win under the Friday Night Lights and ended with a big family party for all of the September bdays. This included my crazy husband getting on top of the roof to swing a piñata for our nieces & nephews. For more party tips, just ask!  

Throwing a party is a blast… but I think I am now at the point in life where instead of Mamas sharing suppertime recipes… I need Mamas to be sharing their heart recipes.

How do you keep something that is growing with love for so many years of motherhood…from bursting??? It’s filled up with the very best seasons of this life that truly fly & children that grow up way too fast??? I need to keep mine pumping strong with love & encouragement for these growing kids of ours! I need yet another ingredient for “letting go” as another Orange starts to drive.

They truly all have their own little recipe that makes them who they are. It’s exciting & We are so proud of Gunner & continued to be entertained by his everchanging growth into young manhood. Keeping him fed is a job of its own. Ha! I sure love looking back at old pics of him & just feel so grateful God blessed us with all 9 lbs. of him 16 years ago!
