When your kid plays basketball you feel like it runs your life. It's hard to complain one single bit though, because it's dwindling down... it's almost over. Senior year, Senior night, Senior anything is just bittersweet for us. Love looking at pics of the kids in action! The games are exciting and up close fun to watch! It's especially rewarding when you see a dunk and not just any dunk! This kid dunked on the opposing team's biggest player. One of the epic pics & moments for the Cubs and so great to have an up close pic! The kids never like their faces when they are playing or shooting. I love the intensity, the action & know one day they will look back & not pick their pic apart, but see the awesomeness they were! Basketball has been a huge part of Emmie's life & it just feels surreal to be back in the gym where I was once a Lady Cub & Basketball really was Life! It seemed never ending, day in & day out. But such a chunk of grand time & memories with so many old friends! Life moves at game speed. I am ready for a time out to soak it all in!
