Hello Summer

We dove straight outta school into 4H Camp for Jensie! None of our 4 children have ever went away to camp! I can’t believe on #4 it finally happens & for 5 days!!! Oh she had a blast! We missed her but so happy for this experience! She came home just in time for Daddy to turn 45! We don’t sing Happy Birthday around here enough…. can you tell? Oh it’s the best! God Bless Big Families! I love to be a part of one!!!!  Some of our very favorite Texas friends popped in foe a birthday song with Nate! we got to show them around & yes had to let them walk the famous swinging bridge! So wonderful to catch up & visit! Summer ain’t summer without swimming & summer fest! Trying to take in all the things & enjoy time off from school. Even with time off the kids still had some basketball practices & camps that kept us moving & shaking. But Oh My Lady Cub… there she walked in from practice one day & had on her practice jersey! First time to see her in a maroon & white Lady Cub basketball shirt! Oh it brings all the feels foe me! I loved every minute of the football field with Noah in #19.. Nate’s old #… but now it’s the next up Cub… Emmie! She will be a freshman & wearing #21 which is her fave. I am partial to #22 because that was my # but let’s just let her be what she wants! Ha! She has absolutely loved it so far! It’s gonna be crazy having two at the high school this next year!

Oh sweet summer means sister time for me! Let’s pool it up & have some fun! what fun it was! we always make some memories & have some laughs from deep in our bellies! Oh soo good my our souls! You gotta have that sister time! Especially when you have one like mine! ❤️

Lastly some sweet Gunner Goodness with fish & sweet pictures with his cousin Ethan. It melts my heart they love to be together at the pond to fish. They miss one another when life takes them away from the pond. He is so patient & it makes my heart happy to see pictures of simpleness. Fishing Poles & little boys make the best pictures! A big ol catfiah to feed two families is the cherry on top! A giant 14 pounder lit up the line for Gunner to reel in! he fillet the whole thing for our family & Noah fried it up. Some collard greens & potatoes made for happy bellies! Thank you Gunner for a wonderful meal!
