Happy New Year!!!! 2020! As I look back, it started off with lots of happy times! Obviously since I am starting at the end of the year to file these photos & memories away in our 2020 Bunch of Oranges Book.... that might just mean, 2020 was one crazy year! I know how I feel being that it is at the end of the year but as I looked back at all the photos of the year, my perspective of 2020 changed. Pictures really do tell a story! I am so grateful to have them to let us remember 2020.... an unforgettable year! It started off with...City lights for a Nashville night, basketball & cheer, animals galore & just the chainsaw country life. Ha! Tennessee- what will 2020 bring? I know for sure...A whole lot of Jesus & Coffee!
Last year was the beginning of
c-h-a-n-g-e for me & my family. 🧡Exciting & scary all in the same bucket mixed with a little goat feed. ☺️ I didn’t think I did “words”...but who am I kidding... I love to write! 🤪 A word has stuck out to me in the past couple days & I know it is for me. So maybe I do have a “2020 Word” or maybe it’s for the next decade! 😳 🤍GROWTH 🤍
After “uprooting from Texas” & plopping down here... I feel like a tiny seed again. What kind of plant am I anyways? (I might be a bean, a coffee bean)🤔 The Lord certainly knows how to put us where we have to rely on Him. Places where we know that He’s in charge & He’s the only one who can get us through. He flings the doors open to change that make us more than a little sweaty. He sends opportunities where fear grips the back of our throats & sets our hearts pounding... even while sitting still!😂 He wants us to Trust Him. Let go of our own understanding so He can make our paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6) So...that’s my word! I need GROWTH.... I need it everywhere! Cause I am in new soil! I am in Tennessee! Grow where you are planted right? I certainly need Jesus to GROW! Some coffee would be great too!😉 Wishing ya’ll a Happy New Year!😘#mynewfavoriteshirt #growth
