SPRING is my favorite season! I just love the weather change and all the blooming! Speaking of blooming.... my babies are blooming! Blooming BIG! They are all wrapping up the end of the school year and as always I ask myself, "Where did the school year go?" It truly flies. These pics are April & May & lots of school activities & friends. Even better, the pool is perfect! Not too cold anymore to swim! Yay!!! The boys always manage to squeeze in some turkey time at the lease. One of my favorite memories from the pictures is the kiddos in their school talent show. What a fun night! Jensie did a little dance routine with some other kinder friends to "The Greatest Show" song from the best movie in which we can't stop watching or singing the songs. Ha! I was so proud of her being so brave to get on stage! Gunner.... he always surprises me. I think of him as more embarrassed for things like this. He was absolutely sure that he wanted to play his drums, wear a leather jacket (like uncle Jessie from Full House) and didn't have much of a plan except to get up there and rock it out. I was a little disappointed for him because it wasn't extremely loud. We should have had the mic next to the drums. Oh well. He had no clue & was happy, so that is ALL THAT MATTERS TO THIS MAMA! Love him! Then Emmie sang another song from the movie The Greatest Showman, "A Million Dreams". Blew me away because at the last minute she decided to sing it acapella. She would not sing it for me at home. She would practice outside in the bunny barn a lot. I was so very touched at her precious, raw, childlike voice. It was perfectly sweet & I could listen to her forever. I love these times of the littles and elementary activities. It passes so quickly & I am just soaking it up! As hard as it is to raise 4 kids.... the hardest part is watching the time fly & them grow up so quickly. I like the term "blooming" better... instead of "growing up". It sounds sweeter & makes me less sad. So....Happy Spring! Happy Blooming!
